- An intro to meditation as a beneficial practice
- Grounding breathwork exercises to center yourself
- Guided meditation led by Jen, a holistic coach to help you relax and focus
Additionally, Jen will address common questions that beginners often encounter, such as: How long should I practice meditation? What should I concentrate on? How can I manage distractions?
